Our Maintenance Plans

We are here to ease your mind. We offer you a 100% worry free Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) unlike any other. If while signed up on our (annual) PMA your system ever fails we will provide you with one FREE service call per year with absolutely NO Labor cost and No-charge for “Standard Replacement Components”.


Our continued bi-annual maintenance performs very specific essential heating and cooling procedures that protect your home comfort system’s refrigerant and mechanical components. These procedures extend the life of your equipment and reduce system operating costs. These savings pay-back your investment in a “Preventative Maintenance Agreement” plan.


We provide two 25-Point Factory Recommended Precision Tune-Ups (Spring and Fall).


“Standard Replacement Components” include: motor contactors, start capacitors, run capacitors, duel capacitors, hot surface igniter, fan relay, pressure switches, transformer standard condenser fan PSC indoor motor and standard thermostat.

What all is included in our

SPRING COOLING

Preventive Maintenance Agreement


  • Thoroughly clean the outside condenser coil.
  • Check all refrigerant super heat, sub cooling, temperatures and pressures for proper operation of the comfort system.
  • Includes up to one pound of R-410 Freon. (R-22 is not included.)
  • Apply factory test to all Safety Controls.
  • Clean or replace air filter (customer supplied).
  • Inspect blower wheel for dust, dirt, and debris.
  • Removal and cleaning squirrel cage available but not included.
  • Check and adjust thermostat for calibration.
  • Flush condensate air conditioning drain line from debris and algae.
  • Check compressor amperage for potential electrical problems.
  • Check Indoor and outdoor blower amperage and speed for proper operation.
  • Check indoor capacitor and outside duel capacitor for being within factory specifications.

What all is included in our

FALL HEATING

Preventive Maintenance Agreement


  • Check main gas manifold pressure.
  • Check flue draft.
  • Test ignition system, Ignitors and Pressure Switches.
  • Extra Freon over one pound may be required and will be supplied at an additional cost.
  • Clean and adjust burner assembly.
  • Check all electrical connections tighten as needed.
  • Inspect blower wheel for dust, dirt and debris.
  • Removal and cleaning squirrel cage available but not included.
  • Clean or replace air filter (customer supplied).
  • Check or replace humidifier pad (customer supplied).
  • Clear and flush humidifier drain line.
  • Monoxide test on heat exchanger and inspect for cracks.
  • Lubricate all moving parts as necessary.
